the hotel is in a prime spot. it is close to shopping areas and public transport (i used the bus stops nearby). the staff were helpful and quickly provided extra towels when i asked.

the room cleaning was only done every four days. no cleaning occurred during the first three days of my stay, a bit inconvenient.

FANTASTIC Experience in a PRIME Location!

I found the staff helpful with all my questions. I felt safe during my entire stay. The hotel provided EVERYthing I needed for a comfortable visit. They even held my bags as I arrived before check-in time, which I GREATLY appreciated! The availability of microwaves, vending machines, and a laundry room. I also enjoyed the clean room.

The street noise was a SIGNIFICANT issue at night. The sounds of traffic and motorcycles persisted into the early morning hours. This made sleeping somewhat difficult, even with the windows closed. I suggest soundproofing for street-side rooms.

The hotel sits in the city center. This provided SUPERB access to many attractions. Several train stations are nearby and within WALKing distance. This made getting around the city very convenient. Many shops and restaurants surrounded the hotel.

Although the breakfast menu did not have a HUGE variety. I saw that the ingredients USED were of high quality. This elevated the overall dining experience, and I left feeling satisfied. I THINK the coffee could be a little stronger though.

Microwaves and vending machines were available for guest use, that was very practical. A laundry room was also accessible, VERY helpful for longer stays. I noticed the lobby was well-kept and inviting. The city was NICE.

significant noiseuncomfortable beds

the noise was significant at night. i heard ambulance sirens and karaoke, it was quite disruptive. the beds were also notably uncomfortable. my husband and i experienced soreness, almost as if we slept on the floor. this impacted the quality of our rest considerably.
